On 4th January 2022, Get SET Academy officially hit the 200th Kickstart milestone.
This has been a huge success and we look forward to recruiting more candidates in line with the deadline of 31st March 2022.
Over 200 candidates have been successfully placed in various organisations across the North West. Examples of job roles included, warehouse assistant, admin, digital marketing, teaching assistant, nursery practitioner, client engagement assistant, business administration and pharmacy assistant.
The sectors included, manufacturing, retail, professional services, Nurseries, secondary schools, distribution and wholesale, non-profit, medical supplies and catering.
Our Kickstart Lead Sara Aslam, who is responsible for the programme says, “It has been an amazing journey and we feel really humbled and happy that we have been able to help these young people get into employment. We still have a couple of months before the programme finishes and are still excited with the prospect of helping more young individuals secure jobs.”
