Currently, we are working on several different publicly-funded programmes that help employers to find and train apprentices and new workers, or that fund the work-based training of existing staff. However, we regularly take on new projects so the ways in which we can help you keep on growing. As an approved apprenticeship provider, we help employers to find the new staff they need and we provide all the necessary training support and co-ordination to keep apprentices progressing.
Our goal is to ensure that apprenticeships work for both the employer and the individual. Your business gets the skills and added capacity it needs, while the individual starts a training programme with credible prospects of leading to a meaningful full-time job.

Get SET Academy is an approved Kickstart Gateway Provider. The scheme provides funding to employers, to create new job placements for 16-24-year-olds on Universal Credit who are at risk of long-term unemployment.
