Hours per week: 37 hours, 9am-5pm Mon – Fri (30 min Lunch)

Responsibilities include:

  • Helping clients with any queries they may have in a polite and professional way
  • Maintaining computer records and updating the CRM system
  • Review and report on your service and related procedures, and provide ideas to build into the culture of continuous improvement
  • Undertake peer review and champion best practice with colleagues
  • To identify own knowledge gaps and provide feedback to improvement officers for the development of tools and resources
  • Draft bespoke communications when required and identify where standardised communications could further team efficiencies
  • Call handling
  • Data handling
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Complaint handling
  • Provision of required management information
  • All other administrative functions related to customer service.

Training to be provided

  • Customer Service Practitioner Level 2
  • Functional Skills Level 2 English & Maths (if applicable)

Possibility of full-time employment or progression onto the next level in their qualification.
